Monday Night Dinner

So my order is arriving on monday, and there are some items I am very excited for.
One of these items is Epicure's Poudre Douce. (item # #1280) I cannot wait to get it in. 

I'm planning on making Creme Caramel, I plan on Substituting the sugar for honey, and the milk for coconut or almond milk, I'll let you know how it goes. My favorite dessert is getting paleo-fied.

As a family we are going BBQ shopping on Monday. Our old BBQ disintegrated, so it is time for a new one. Also in the new order coming in on Monday I have ordered the Take 5 Big Burger Combo. (Item #2246)
So excited!!!

De Cecco Burger night is about to get dangerous. We are already known for having crazy burgers, So this comes just in time for our BBQing season.

Grizzly Bear is home, And this Mama bear is super happy.

Grizzly called me yesterday to let me know that his flight was canceled and that he was going to be a day late....I was so sad, until he called me back saying that he was able to make the earlier flight. Best news ever!

Breakfast for my Grizzly was coffee served from my french press, and turkey bacon made on the epicure crisper. As well as toasted pre-made waffles from the freezer.

now to figure out dinner.... :S

Grizzly wants Tacos.

Tonight we made Chicken Breasts with the Little Italy Sauce, and as a side we made sweet potato wedges on the epicure crisper with poutine seasoning.
It was so good that my two fussy boys ate it all up.

for the chicken I simply put chicken in a casserole dish with the little italy sauce to bake till cooked.

Served with some salad, easy and delish - dinner done!
